Cancer? Treat the “incurable” with food!

Cancer: Curing the Incurable Without Surgery

Cancer Treatment: It’s not about starvation, and a set of universal favorites like red wine, tomatoes, blueberries, curry, dark chocolate and green tea. Scientists claim that these foods may be even more effective than chemotherapy.

What is the reason underlying their power? Briefly – they stop the blood supply to the tumor cells or have antiangiogenic properties. Angiogenesis is a normal process of creating blood vessels in the body.

In some periods of life it more intense – for example in newborns, while in adults this function is “unlocked” rarely – if wounds when tissues and capillaries need to be restored. Angiogenesis is regulated by activators and inhibitor molecules.

It has been found that cancer cells release their activators of angiogenesis – molecules which “cheat” the body and stimulate the growth of new blood vessels to supply the tumor with nutrients and oxygen. There are modern drugs – inhibitors of angiogenesis, which, unlike chemotherapy does not attack cancer cells but inhibit the growth of blood vessels to the tumor.

Here’s the essential question: how can you help yourself as prevention against cancer? We can regulate angiogenesis by selection of foods, thus we do not allow microscopic tumors in their phase to grow and spread.

The silent killers: The pancreas is a vital part of the body that plays a crucial role in digestion and helps the body to more effectively absorb nutrients.

Pancreatic cancer

Pancreatic cancer is accompanied by the following clinical symptoms: abdominal pain in pancreatic cancer (upper half, radiating to the back, sometimes surrounds).

What to eat:

  • Fruits such as blueberries, blackberries, cherries and are among the most suitable antioxidants which can protect the pancreas from oxidative stress caused by free radicals, or even help to reduce the risk of serious diseases, such as pancreatic cancer.

  • The leaves of spinach are rich in iron and B vitamins, as needed by the pancreas to function properly.

  • Cheese tofu has two advantages that make it great for the health of the pancreas: it is high in protein and low in fats.

  • Garlic, leeks, and onions contain a compound allicin. It is the active ingredient that provides anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect and also aids in the prevention of pancreatic cancer.

The liver is an important organ in the human body that plays a huge role in metabolism. Diseases of the liver and gallbladder are common. Some of the causes of these diseases are environmental problems, medications, and certain foods.

Liver cancer

Liver cancer is a serious disease that has an extremely bad prognosis. Liver cirrhosis is the most common cause of liver cancer. Between 60 and 90% of cases of malignant malformation occurred based on cirrhosis.

Symptoms are characterized by loss of appetite, weight loss, fatigue and decreased performance, nausea, and vomiting.

What NOT to eat:

  • White flour and all products from it – this is the main reason for the formation of gallstones, also contributes to cirrhosis of the liver.

  • White foods and spices – white rice, white sugar, salt. Try to replace white rice with brown and white sugar with brown. Of course, as we know we can without salt, but it is better to limit its usage.

  • Meats that are smoked, marinated and salted.

  • Fried foods

Be careful when you drink pills and antibiotics, because some of them have a negative impact on the liver. The paracetamol, for example, is quite harmful to the liver.

If you want to properly care about your liver, try not to overdo the alcohol. When you consume alcohol, the liver is engaged with its clearance from the body and other important processes such as processing of blood saturated with different substances remain in the background.

Testicular cancer

Most often, testicular cancer is detected by the patients themselves. Upon detection of any of the following symptoms, patients should contact your doctor:

  • painless lump or enlargement of the testicles
  • pain or discomfort in the testicles ( a rare symptom of the disease – it is found in less than 10% of patients)
  • a feeling of heaviness in the testicles
  • a dull ache in the lower back, pelvis.

What to eat:

Diet made up 80% of fresh vegetables, whole grain snacks, seeds, nuts and some vegetables, put the body into an alkaline environment. The remaining 20% of the diet can be filled with cooked food. Fresh vegetables provide enzymes that are easily digestible and supply the cells within 15 minutes after taking them, thus helping to increase the healthy cells.

Thyroid cancer

The first and often the only symptom of thyroid cancer is a lump in the gland tissue, in the middle of the neck. For the most part, these lumps are not symptoms of thyroid cancer, but every lump must be reviewed and specified by a specialist.

What to eat:

  • The meat is replaced at least twice a week with fish.
  • More consumption of raw fruits and vegetables.
  • Allowed seafood, marine fish, and different kinds of vegetables and fruits – prunes, apples, cherries, cucumbers, potatoes, red beets, carrots, cabbage, eggplants, garlic, turnip, lettuce, tomatoes, onions.

What NOT to eat:

Must be reduced sweets, soda, alcohol, cigarettes, canned food, salt, spices, coffee, ice cream and vinegar. It is not recommended eating too hot or too cold food. When you have any thyroid disease should not eat without being hungry.

Foods that man should eat

While many men do not particularly careful how they eat, the researchers confirm that a healthy diet can mean different things for both sexes, because their bodies have different “requirements”. Even if you’re not a fitness maniac and obsessed with nutrition, it is good to include these products in your diet:

Tomatoes. Harvard study found that men who ate cooked tomatoes / tomato sauce more than four times per month reduce the risk of prostate cancer up to 50% . This is due to the fact that tomatoes are high in lycopene, which is anti-angiogenic.

Lycopene is a substance which is dissolved in the fat and as such requires them for proper absorption by the digestive tract. Unlike vitamin C the content of lycopene in the tomato products increases when these foods are processed under high temperature or cooked with oil.

Tomatoes are often considered a superfood because of their beneficial ingredients. They contain lycopene which protects against colon cancer or prostate cancer, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and reduce cholesterol levels, which are often inflated namely by men.

Carrots contain a lot of beta-carotene, which can help to reduce a wide range of cancers, including lung, mouth, throat, stomach, intestines, bladder, prostate, and testicles. Some studies indicate  that beta-carotene may actually cause cancer.

In fact, a substance called falcarinol, contained in carrots has been found, according to researchers at the Danish Institute of Agricultural Sciences (Diaz) to reduce the risk of cancer. To keep the falcarinol in the body you should eat the carrots raw.

Raw nuts contain antioxidants quercetin and kaempferol that inhibit the growth of cancerous tumors. The Brazil nut contains 80 micrograms of selenium, which is important for people with prostate cancer. Selenium is actually a key element vital in the fight against cancer, and recovery during and after any radiation and chemotherapy.

Avocados are rich in glutathione, a powerful antioxidant that attacks free radicals in the body by blocking intestinal absorption of certain fats. They also supply even more potassium than bananas and are a strong source of beta-carotene. Scientists also believe that avocados may be useful in the treatment of viral hepatitis (the cause of liver cancer), as well as other sources of liver damage.

Easier would be if you prevent the disease than to heal and fight with it after that. First of all, you need to strengthen your immunity. Protection Status
