The reason you’re here is to get get some order in your thoughts, but this comes for a reason, and this reason we will call now “trigger”.

“Triggers” can be many and diverse, but none the same. Maybe you have a little “saving snack” glued to your body and you feel anxious about going out swimming with your friends, or maybe you don’t have the abs that your gym friends have- the reason you hesitate when it comes to taking off your shirt while you pull on those heavy metals; maybe, even more than that: you’re overweight and there are no clothes that fit you or simply no matter how hard you try the idea of a bag is more attractive day by day.

Maybe you weigh over 100 kg and this makes you cry of frustration- just now you thought about that slice of pizza lying in your fridge that you can not eat- you’re searching here for a motive to help you resist the temptation, a word that will make you keep smiling even after you took it from there when nobody was watching. On the other end, you’re maybe just a weak teen and incapable of taking part in the pull-up games at the bar that the boys are playing- a lost kid, or maybe you’re anyone else.

No matter how things are looking, even though I’m not a doctor, I’m here to help you and I’m here because I knew you were looking for me.

As we all know, we live in the era of technology, the era of the lack of self-thrust- the problem we are all exposed to inevitably. Anyway, I’m trying to propose you a “diet” which should remediate this thing.

The internet is showing us daily thousands of bodies without a flaw. We are frustrated and we are putting on the line our physical and psychical health, only because we let ourselves affected by the things we see: models with long legs; football players out in the sun pumped from the gyms or any other ” idol of perfection “.

The sport

To obtain the highest amounts of nutrients possible, you should nut increase quantity of the apples you consume, but to diversify your meals. When I say this I’m not implying that you should choose from a large variety of chips or to drink sodas or colored drinks you haven’t tried yet; try to replace the McDonald’s menu with a KFC one, or maybe choose a different kind of meat. I am expecting from you to give up all these unhealthy eating habits for their similar, more healthy, vegetable counterparts. Vegetables are usually cheaper.

This change in your diet will take time, even months. You should replace the chips with fried celery, peas, carrots, cauliflower, asparagus etc. and the soda with juice made at home from fresh: apples, bananas, pears, strawberries etc. Even fast food menus can be replaced by more premium food from restaurants. At the same time, you should drink loads of water: at least 2 liters a day. Restaurants meals should not be too expensive if you choose usual known spots and not some fancy places. Cream soups, salads, and some other dishes will not break your bank. Oh well, maybe if you don’t eat 10 meals at a time, but we will discuss this in the next article.

Replace, or try to reduce the amount of pork that you consume, increase the quantity of fish in your diet, chicken and beef- all of these have contained less fat.

As this is not enough, you should learn to eat less and more often. try to eat as raw as possible, raw foods contain the most nutrients and protein, while cooked foods lose some of their properties. When if comes to cooked food: try to avoid roasted foods, choose boiled and steamed food, which will help with digestion, the burn from roasted foods won’t bother your stomach.

If you start with these easy steps your life will improve considerably, eating really well will make you feel great and much happier.

Talking about diet, I can’t find a better ending then by suggesting some really easy and tasty recipes. I really enjoyed eating these from a young age and I will suggest you should implement them as well.

Fish

Some fish species include a significant amount of mercury which can harm the little ones. Shark, tuna, carp are some of them. Mercury is toxic to humans but the quantities are negligible in an average portion, so don’t bother thinking about it, you won’t even notice it passing through your system. Sea bass, mussels, and sardines are really easy to digest, so you should try these.

Fish is a good source of proteins and fatty acids: omega 3 being the best solution for cholesterol reduction. This type of meat has the least calories but at the same time, we have the most diverse amount of vitamins such as A, D, E and B12, and minerals: phosphorus, iodine, and potassium.

When I was little, I wasn’t aware of all these notations. For me, it was important to avoid the bones and to eat everything else just to grow and be healthy.

I will recommend them to be cooked:

  • Well cooked on the grill, best in an aluminum foil. Next on the plate yo should have some asparagus pieces and slices of zucchini, taken from the garden and placed directly on the grill.
  • Baked-preferably bone free accompanied by some corn porridge, and garlic sauce with parsley or dill-cream: downright delicious!
  • The last recipe is the fish soup, tasty and easy to digest.

Broccoli

This vegetable known by many and surprisingly avoided by, even more, is rich in carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals.It can be put in the same class with cauliflower.As a child, I could distinguish them only because of the color. I recommend broccoli and cauliflower to kids especially because they increase the immunity.

You can cook these vegetables in different forms, or you can eat them raw.

Recommended Dishes:

  • cream broccoli soup, easy to prepare;
  • vegetable soup, cauliflower predominantly, but don’t avoid beat either, it has loads of proteins.In case it is not nourishing enough you can add cubes of meat. I prefer chicken.
  • baked and steamed vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, onions, carrots, and potatoes.

Spinach

Not much to add here.Consider it is very important to know that it is very good and very healthy. My mom cooks spinach only as a cream. She boils well the crushed the leaves until the whole mixture becomes a cream. Oh well, mixed with a few more magical items found in the kitchen.

In the summer, in my family, spinach is replaced with nettles. You heard right! With almost the same properties, nettles taste as good.We pick them from the garden and follow the same cooking steps.

On the plate, you can add some eggs or cooked meat.In case you have other preferences, don’t hesitate to experience on your own as long as you use healthy foods.

Fruits

Why did I choose to be so general when it comes to this section? Because, dear reader, fruits are great. Chosen carefully from the store or market, or collected from your own garden, fruits are rich in vitamins. Be careful not to choose the oversaturated ones with chemicals that you see all shiny and fresh, they can even be a couple of months old. Eat carefully!

The fruits are my favorites. Why? Because here we can choose how we like. We can do all kinds of shakes and the mixes are endless. We can make a healthy fruit salad, or we can serve them in their natural form.

You can also have fruits as natural juices. Grape juice is an extraordinary remedy with remarkable benefices over health. There are several important benefices that should be retained by all those who want to have a beautiful body and an incredible health. Juices made from grapes contain a substance that prevents artery blockages and contributes to maintaining the heart healthy.

The question is why people prefer bad things over good ones and why are they more attracted to bad things? It is said that in every bad thing there is also a good thing and there is no happiness without pain. What we must choose is what is right for us, and that will only happen if you want to live longer, healthier and happier.
